OLD TIMERS CABIN RENTAL INFORMATION Effective January 1, 2004 DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR ALL BOOKINGS $300.00 EVENING RATES: From 5:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M · FRIDAY $500.00 · SATURDAY $600.00 · SUNDAY thru THURSDAY $300.00 DAYTIME RATES: · SUNDAY thru THURSDAY until 3 p.m. · Minimum of 3 hours $150.00 · Additional hours: $50.00 per hour Please Note: 1. For all holiday bookings - Friday rates will apply 2. New Years Eve Bookings – special rate $700.00 3. Wedding Ceremonies – set up charge $150.00 When booking the Old Timers Cabin please be aware of the following: · Old Timers Cabin is a smoke free environment · rental cheque to Northern Alberta Pioneers and Descendants Association · damage deposit cheque $300.00 returned after event inspection · catering requests must be directed to in-house caterer 465-2139 · Rental agreement must be signed by Renter and N.A.P.D.A representative
